ITO (indium tin oxide) coated glass is a very common transparent conductive glass in solar cells and various other devices. In lab scale, small ITO glass samples are frequently used. In some cases, the ITO film should be etched with a specific pattern. IRASOL provides small ITO glass sheets for lab use. We can also prepare etched ITO sheets according to the requirements of the customers. It should be noted that the sheet resistance of ITO may change upon heat treatment and it is better used for low temperature applications.
