|Pt containing paste to deposit Pt nanoparticle electrodes|
Pt paste contains H2PtCl6 as Pt source in a paste containing solvent and binder. The paste can be easily applied by blade coating or screen printing. After thermal treatment a uniform thin layer of Pt nanoparticles is formed on the surface. Conventionally, Pt paste is applied on glass/FTO substrate acting as counter electrode of dye sensitized solar cells with high electrocatalytic activity.
